Cadstock Rocks | Barry | News

Well, we did it then – Cadstock 2023 came back with a booming Barry bang to rock the Victoria Park rafters.

Thank you to every single person who came along to our free, fully-inclusive, for all family Festival.

We appreciate your patience as we wrestled with rain, poured over the postponement, and drew up dates to make the Weekender go ahead.

We are also blown away by the rocking residents who stuck with us – and came to Cadstock determined to dance, drink, shout, sing and have the best time.

You Rock!

Thank you to our Main Sponsors Barry Town Council, Barry Town United Football Club, Roperhurst (who are also up for the same next year already!), and the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

Special mention to – Steve Anning’s Overt Security, JPL Sound and Communication, Ask Frank, and the ASDA Community Fund.

Thank you to all the brilliant bands – especially Brother Steve who stood in for Stonehouse with just 24 hours notice.

And, last but not least, cheers to those who have bought our Cadstock merchandise.

Give yourself a clap, and take a bow all.

Thanks to the many of you who wore the groovy garments to show your support.

Now it’s time to pack away the bucket hats, stockpile that Home Bargains sun burn saver, and keep that Cadstock Tee crisp – until Cadstock 2024, of course!

Speak soon.
